This course provides an overview of digital marketing trends, the digital marketing planning process, how to define your audience and develop insights into their behaviour, and the key channels that video gaming businesses may use e.g. search, display advertising and social media.

Nick Baggott FCIM FIDM has been a CIM Course Director for CRM and Digital for six years. He is MD of Navigate Consulting Ltd and works globally with clients like Google, HP, EY, BP and Vodafone. He was formerly Group Client Service Director at Chemistry, having built the agency from start up to flotation.

CPD programme an individual must be at least an Affiliate member. The cost to your organisation of Affiliate membership is £144 per person; for groups with over 10 employees this cost can be reduced.
In order to gain Chartered Marketer status an individual must be a Member of The CIM (MCIM) and have completed 2 consecutive years of 35 hours of CPD per year.
