Future Games of London

The App Store arrived in July 2008. At the time we thought this would revolutionise how people accessed and played games. We immediately started work to prepare the foundations for what became Future Games of London. The company was formed in 2009 with the exclusive plan to build games for this new smart phone era. We wanted to publish innovative, original and mass market content to what we could see would become an ever-increasing global audience.

We could never have imagined how big the market could become. The industry is now expecting 1 billion smart phones by 2015!?

FuturLab

FuturLab is an award winning game studio developing original IP and doing work for hire.

Ethos We pride ourselves on developing the most engaging ideas, and always seek to elicit three levels of response from our target audience:

  1. Cool!
  2. Ah, I see!
  3. Damn, that’s really clever actually…

We’ve been hearing this response for over 10 years. We never get tired of hearing it, and we work very hard to ensure we keep hearing it in future.

GAME Retail

GAME Retail Ltd is the UK’s videogames retail specialist with a network of over 320 stores, ever-developing e-commerce and m-commerce sites, an award-winning app, and a commitment to building the UK’s most valuable community of gamers.

GAME’s strategy looks to five key areas: having the best community rewards; excelling in all digital arenas; being a true omni-channel retailer; giving gamers the widest possible range of ways to pay; and ultimately delivering for the gamers of the UK. We do that through putting community at the heart of everything we do.

GameGrin

Founded in 1998, GameGrin is an independent media company who has been working within the gaming industry for more than 15 years. In this time, they have consistently ran LAN parties and published light-hearted, but fair and unbiased articles, previews and reviews.

Along with this, they run sucessful digital media publications under the name of The GameOn Magazine for customers such as Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment, Activision, 2K Games and Hi-Rez Studios."

Gamer Network

Gamer Network was founded in 1999 by brothers Rupert and Nick Loman.

Prior to founding the company, the brothers played a lot of network and online games like Duke Nukem 3D and Quake II, and their love for competitive multiplayer video games led them to organise their own events.

After realising they were better at organising than competing, they decided to create an online games business together with friends from the gaming community. Several years after that (paying the bills by designing websites and game middleware) they decided to focus purely on games media.
