Ukie manages the UK industry pavilion at the world's biggest games industry trade shows, providing hassle-free and stand services for UK games businesses big and small.
The stand will be themed and will feature an open demonstration area, several meeting rooms and an appointment-only business area, and will host over 80 games businesses throughout the event.

Hello! My name is Mike. I’ve been doing work experience at Ukie this past couple of weeks. It’s been a fantastic and I’ve learned a lot about the industry, thanks to the wonderful Ukie team. One such learning experience was being able to go to the Houses of Parliament on 5th March (my 17th birthday) and sit in the Thatcher Room to listen to the DCMS Select Committee’s latest oral evidence session on Immersive and Addictive Technologies.
Ukie is looking for an intern from our student membership to support the data and insight department for approximately 4 days, to work on a data project relating to the games industry. The project involves cross-referencing and validating data about potential games companies and their releases.
This position is paid and is required ASAP.
Skills / experience:
The successful candidate will receive mentoring to implement, improve and maintain the coding aspect during project development.
This trainee position is for one year starting in September 2016 and is onsite at our studio in Horsham, West Sussex.
As a trainee, you will develop your art skills alongside highly respected professionals with the opportunity to gain insight on content from beginning to completion.

The role will be based in the Finance team. Over the course of the internship, there will be a variety of project work in complex technical accounting topics as well as experiences in financial reporting.
