Level 3 Games Development at Cambridge Regional College firmly places students on their first steps into the games industry. Learners will gain experience with multiple tools, software and processes in order to learn how to design, develop and publish their very own games.
The School of Media, Art and Design at Canterbury Christ Church University is one of the longest-established schools of its kind in the UK and is celebrating its 38th anniversary this year. We offer undergraduate programmes in games design, television, radio, film, digital media, graphic design, photography, journalism, media and communication and public relations; an MA by Research; and PhD research supervision in Media and Cultural Studies and Film Studies. Our programmes integrate theory with practice and creativity with professionalism.
Access Creative College (ACC) is a national FE training provider delivering creative post-16 courses in seven locations across England. It has around 2000 FE students studying games, media, music and events. It also has a growing HE degree offer, delivered at four UK campuses, working in partnership with Nottingham Trent University.
The college runs a Level 2 Games Design course and Games Art and Games Technology courses at Level 3. It is set to run a games foundation degree from 2020.
