Digital Metrics and Analytics

29 January 2016

Is this course right for me?

Anyone involved in marketing video games including marketing and/or product managers, marketing comms. specialists, developers or community managers – especially those who spend the vast majority of their time in the digital space – should find this workshop invaluable.

The focus is on digital metrics and analytics, not general metrics and analytics (including some discussion of digital). Should you want/need a broader perspective, covering the key marketing metrics pertinent to both ‘traditional’ and digital marketing, as well as discussion of the key customer related metrics (such as acquisition, satisfaction, retention, NPS®…), we have a workshop dedicated to this purpose – Marketing Metrics and ROI.

Course attendees, November 2015:

"Very approachable and easy to listen to."
