European Women in Games Conference

11 September 2019 to 12 September 2019

The European Women in Games Conference takes place on 11-12th September 2019 at London College of communication - University of the Arts, London.

Our objective is to educate, inspire, and empower those who are currently working in, wanting to work in, or studying games. It brings together the worlds of academia and industry, and features inspiring keynotes, panels, workshops and an expo to showcase the diverse talent that exists in the European Game Industries. This is the fourth year of our conference award designed to provide female students and recent graduates with the opportunity to:

  • Win a free ticket and travel costs to attend the Prestigious European Women in Games Conference 11-12th September 2019 at London College of communication - University of the Arts, London.
  • Connect with like-minded, knowledgeable and influential people within the game industries through talks, networking and workshops
  • Enhance the visibility and reach of their work to the game industries through a ‘spot light on’ feature on the Women in Games website

Work submitted can be in ANY area of Game Development (art, audio, analytics, programming, design). Judges from the Game Industries and Universities will review the website submissions. They will look for novelty, creativity and excellence, in both the work itself and the quality of communication and presentation. The 6 top students selected will receive a commendation and be invited to take to the stage where the winners will be announced and presented on the day.
