09:00 – 10:30 GMT

In 2018 the consumer spend on video games in China surpassed the $25bn mark - making it the largest market for games in the world. The sector continues to grow at a double digit rate. However, releasing games in China has never been more difficult. Local laws and approvals make this a fascinating but challenging market to enter. It remains a market that cannot be ignored.

The games market is dominated by mobile free to play but there remains a thriving and vibrant market for PC games and console is growing as local consumers demand higher quality games experiences. This event is aimed at supporting exports into China and South East Asia. Our speakers will give you a vital insight into the latest trends within the Chinese games market and explain how you can get your games released and promoted to this enormous consumer market.

Speakers include -

Dan Wood - Creatve Enterprise

Tianyi Gu, Market Lead – Newzoo

Alexandre Salem, Global Director of Gaming Partnerships - Huawei
