Ukie is bringing our annual Student Conferences to Abertay University on the 27th November.

Abertay University - 27th November
Registration opens at 8am for students in Room 2522, with talks starting at 9am. Ukie are exciting to showcase this years speaker schedule, having managed to obtain some incredibly talented industry professionals to deliver talks.
The talks will deliver expert advice from all disciplines in the games sector, from programming, art and design, to publishing careers in PR, marketing and community management. This year we're excited to have keynote talks from the likes of Carol Clark, Head of Production, Tag Games and Louise Jackson and Abbey Tonkinson, QA Development, Outplay Entertainment.
There will also be an array of games businesses in Room 2522; Rivet Games, esports Scotland, Tag Games, showcasing graduate roles & internships. Recruitment specialist Amiqus will be onsite conducting CV & portfolio reviews for students free of charge - so if you're a student, make sure to bring your portfolio in!

Expo Area & Amiqus CV/Portfolio Workshop
We have again organised for a mini expo area which includes a variety of businesses. Some of these businesses currently have vacant roles and are recruiting, whilst others are available to offer free careers advice. This proves to be the perfect opportunity to network with indistry proffesionals and understand what it takes to work within the industry.
