Ukie is here to support the trade activities of its members and the wider games community. This includes supporting businesses with market knowledge and access to international markets. Here is a summary of some of the current and forthcoming opportunities to develop your trade and investment activities.
International trade shows
Ukie organises UK industry stands at major global games events to encourage international trade and investment opportunities. Many events are supported with grants for companies choosing to exhibit and showcase their games, including Gamescom Cologne, GDC San Francisco and China Joy.
Our next show is Gamescom & devcom in August 2020
Ukie will be managing a virtual UK area within both shows (gamescom is b2C and devcom b2b) to showcase the great work of developers, publishers and service companies in the UK and to connect them to potential partners.
Companies are encouraged to purchase the Ukie exhibitor package which includes
- Access to two great business matchmaking tools; the official devcom app delivered by PINE and also the MeetToMatch system. This will give you maximum opportunity to fill your schedules with impactful meetings
- Inclusion in the UK showcase area at devcom; your profile and video content will be presented to potential business contacts to generate opportunities
- Inclusion in the Ukie social programme; after the day of meetings has been concluded, hang out with other UK companies and visitors for networking and to catch up with friends and meet new people
- Opportunity to join virtual dinners, quizzes and additional fun activities
Booking forms are available from firstname.lastname@example.org
