Werkflow

Werkflow is an experimental digital arts studio based In Somerset House, London. We focus on using game engine technology to create unique work spanning the fields of music, art, fashion and advertising, alongside producing our first full length computer game, Sovereign. As well as creating our own studio led projects, our highly collaborative practice leads us to work and consult with highly acclaimed artists, designers and institutions, creating experimental computer generated imagery, virtual reality pieces, interactive installations and online projects.

West College Scotland

West College Scotland is modern, ambitious and innovative.

Created on 1 August 2013 by the merger of Clydebank College, Reid Kerr College in Paisley and James Watt College in Greenock, the College has 30,000 students and 1,200 staff, making it one of the biggest educational institutions in the country.

This large scale allows us to provide greater choice to students, better facilities and enhanced services.

Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton, BA (hons) Games Design & Art

Combine the creative side of games design with essential technical knowledge. If you want to make unique new games and take your ambitious ideas into emerging games markets, platforms and spaces, this is the programme for you. You’ll cover design, illustration, character creation, animation and storytelling, as well as coding and digital production.

You’ll work in your own studios on the Winchester campus as part of a vibrant, creative environment designed to mirror the collaborative practices of games companies and the creative industries.

Wired Productions

Established in 2008, Wired Productions is an independent video game production and publishing house based in Watford, Hertfordshire, UK. Wired incorporates various traditional publishing functions alongside development, and is the team behind the hugely successful ‘We Sing’ franchise on Nintendo Wii, as well as having launched numerous successful digital products for market-leading brands, including OK! Magazine, the Daily Express and Mail on Sunday.

Wired Sussex

2557 companies and freelancers are Wired Sussex Members and we work with them to support the development of a successful regional digital cluster. Based in Brighton, we deliver a wide range of services, initiatives and networks designed to assist our Members both individually and collectively.

Women in Games

Women in Games is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2009. It provides encouragement, support and advocacy for women and girls throughout the game industries and educational pipeline, both nationally and internationally.

Our mission at Women in Games is to achieve full equality of opportunity and treatment for all women working, or wanting to work, in the games and eSports industries. Raising awareness and implementing initiatives that change attitudes, deliver impact and create the conditions for all women in our sector to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Byron Atkinson Jones started Xiotex Studios in 2007 and has worked for Lionhead Studios, EA Canada, Sega Sports Interactive, Introversion, PomPom, Kuju Entertainent, Rebellion, Attractive Games, Stainless games, Mediatonic and Future Games of London.

He has worked on a lot of games - Football Manager, Mutant Storm Empire, Darwinia+, Multiwinia, NHL 2005, Hungry Shark Evolution and Robot Unicorn Evolution to name just a few. 

Yogscast

The Yogscast is a media production company and video game publisher based in Bristol who produce gaming related video content focused around their main YouTubechannel, "YOGSCAST Lewis & Simon" and subsequent channels made by other creators as part of the Yogscast network.
