Apprenticeship End Point Assessment Organisation with a specialist interest in the creative industries. Our flagship qualifications are the Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma in Games, Animation and VFX Skills (Tech Level), designed and maintained in partnership with employers across the games, animation and vfx industries. We work closely with The NextGen Skills Academy to support further education centres to deliver the qualifications with input from industry.

Amiqus

We started Amiqus back in 2000, with a mission to take our love of the games industry and combine it with our experience in recruitment to help more people find the right job, at the right time. So armed with bags of enthusiasm, and truck loads of coffee, we got cracking building relationships, creating networks and defining our own unique approach to recruitment.

Cambridge Regional College

UAL Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production & Technology (Games Development)

Level 3 Games Development at Cambridge Regional College firmly places students on their first steps into the games industry. Learners will gain experience with multiple tools, software and processes in order to learn how to design, develop and publish their very own games.

Canterbury Christ Church University

The School of Media, Art and Design at Canterbury Christ Church University is one of the longest-established schools of its kind in the UK and is celebrating its 38th anniversary this year. We offer undergraduate programmes in games design, television, radio, film, digital media, graphic design, photography, journalism, media and communication and public relations; an MA by Research; and PhD research supervision in Media and Cultural Studies and Film Studies. Our programmes integrate theory with practice and creativity with professionalism.

Code Kingdoms

Code Kingdoms teaches Computer Science and programming in a way that’s fun for kids. Kids design their own game levels with real JavaScript code they then share and challenge friends with. 

Kids even write the game's code with us. Help us on our journey by playing the test version and providing feedback before we officially launch in December 2014.

Gamer Network

Gamer Network was founded in 1999 by brothers Rupert and Nick Loman.

Prior to founding the company, the brothers played a lot of network and online games like Duke Nukem 3D and Quake II, and their love for competitive multiplayer video games led them to organise their own events.

After realising they were better at organising than competing, they decided to create an online games business together with friends from the gaming community. Several years after that (paying the bills by designing websites and game middleware) they decided to focus purely on games media.

Games Britannia

Games Britannia is a schools videogame festival aimed at inspiring the next generation of British videogame talent.

The festival is aimed at young people aged between 11 and 18, and a smaller number of children aged from 5 to 11. Through a range of exciting, engaging and educational workshops, lectures and activities we hope to inspire and empower children to become to game designers, coders, musicians and artists of the future.
