NCCU Cyber Crime Campaign teaches kids benefits of online skills
The National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU) has launched a new campaign aimed at tackling cyber crime in the UK, by educating young people about how computer skills can be used positively, rather than for online crime.
The team will get parents, teachers and schools careers advisers on board to show how skills that can be used for cyber crime are in high demand in many industries.
Cryptonite crowned UK Champions 2018
Four of our regional champions from across the UK headed to Gfinity’s London arena yesterday, to battle it out for the coveted trophy, designed by a father-daughter duo representing Creative Assembly. After fierce competition playing Blizzard’s Overwatch, Cryptonite for The Crypt School came out on top and went home the winners.
The Digital Schoolhouse powered by PlayStation National Esports Qualifiers are well underway, with two teams already reigning Regional Champions following this week’s competition with Blizzard’s Overwatch in Manchester and Staffordshire.
