Our meeting room accommodates up to 20 people and is designed to meet a variety of business needs. Whether you’re hosting a brainstorming session, holding a team briefing, or meeting clients, the space is fully equipped with:

Whether it’s just for a couple of hours or the whole workday, our hotdesking area is great for Ukie members needing an accessible spot to plug in and work.
We have a fair use policy to make sure there are equal opportunities to use the office hotdesking space. Please note, the Ukie office is not occupied 5 days a week so login to book your hotdesking space.
For non-member hire rates for meeting rooms are as follows:

The entire Ukie office is available to hire, including hotdesking areas, meeting rooms and breakout areas. The office will be exclusively your space with one Ukie member of staff to give you access and assist with any queries regarding the facilities.
This service is available to both Ukie members and non-members at the daily cost of £1,700 + VAT. This includes the venue and facilities. Office Hire T&Cs
Catering is on offer at an extra cost. We have put together a sustainable menu with vegan food prepared and served using reusable or recyclable materials where possible. Sourced and made in London with 100% of waste has been diverted from ending up in a landfill. View Ukie catering menu here.
