Ukie employee benefits report

 

The Ukie Employee Benefits Report, delivered in partnership with Connor Broadley, is based on surveys of 40 member organisations. It offers valuable insights into the landscape of employee benefits across the UK games and interactive entertainment industry.

The organisations surveyed each range in size from less than 20 employees to more than 500 employees, and represent a total workforce share of over 3,000 employees.

This second annual report builds on the benchmark established in 2023, whilst delving deeper into organisational decision making and focusing on staff welfare, wellbeing, and parental leave policies.
