Ukie is back at Develop:Brighton 2025 with a packed programme of events, talks and networking opportunities across the week – championing the UK games industry and the people who power it. Whether you’re a long-time Ukie member or new to our work, there are plenty of ways to get involved, connect with our team and learn how we can support your journey.
Community and Connection
We’re getting things started early on Monday 7 July at the Unity Mixer, where members of the Ukie team will be connecting with friends and partners across the sector. Then, on Tuesday 8 July, we host our ever-popular Ukie Members’ Breakfast at Lucky Beach Café – a relaxed, social morning to meet fellow members and hear what’s coming up next in the Ukie calendar. Ukie members sign up for the breakfast by logging into your Member Hub. With thanks to our event sponsors MLC Studio and Johnston Carmichael for making this breakfast possible.
Driving the Conversation
Ukie is proud to contribute to this year’s conference programme with two must-attend sessions:
Food, Fun and Future Talent
On Tuesday evening, we’re hosting the Raise The Game Festival of Food at Shelter Hall, Brighton’s vibrant beachfront venue. It’s a night of networking, diversity celebration and student talent – including the first-ever Ukie Students Showcase, featuring games from rising developers in our student network. Every ticket helps fund new diversity initiatives across the UK games industry, so your support will make a real difference.
Your Membership, Supercharged
Throughout Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 July, find us on the expo floor at stand B24, where we’ll be showcasing the benefits of Ukie membership and our broader Supercharged Strategy. Whether you’re looking to scale your business, make policy impact or tap into new talent, our team will be on hand to talk about how Ukie can support you. From exclusive discounts and partner perks to major events, community forums and industry initiatives – come away with three useful things you didn’t know you could get as a Ukie member. Not yet a member? We’d love to meet you and explain how we can help.
