Our commitment

Raise The Game is Ukie’s programme to build a more open, inclusive and accessible games industry that reflects the players and communities it serves. We do this by unifying, fortifying and amplifying the work already happening across the industry.

The programme has built a wide coalition of industry-leading strategic partners, building a dedicated fund to support them and putting their work in front of a wider audience through Ukie’s channels.

Raise the Game is the leading industry initiative to drive measurable progress in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) through three connected pillars:

Unifiers and Amplifiers

By directly supporting and working with grassroots organisations, we will raise their profile and utilise their knowledge.

Data-Oriented approach

Working with grassroots organisations to help them define their impact through tangible ways with data, and using data to define EDI strategy in the long-term as well as track progress.

Collaboration with partners and leaders

Work with studios who are leading the way, and encourage everyone to re-invest and see the value in EDI. Fund grassroots organisations.

Our Strategic Partners

Each partner brings expertise and lived experience on a different barrier to representation in games, from disability access to career pathways for underrepresented groups. Together, they help Raise The Game reach further than any one organisation could alone.
