- 22-24 January: Ukie will be at the Bett Show, the leading event for technology in education, showcasing the role of video games in schools and beyond.
February: Fuelling Creativity
- 14 February: The Guildford Games Festival will celebrate one of the UK’s leading creative hubs with a showcase of local talent and innovation.
- Late February: Ukie’s Supercharged Sessions will deliver practical advice and resources to support members in achieving their goals.
March: Recognising Excellence
- 4 March: A major day for the industry, with Members Day, the Ukie Video Game Awards, and the second cohort inducted into the UK Hall of Fame. These events will shine a spotlight on the incredible achievements of UK creators and businesses.
- 13-14 March: Students across the country will participate in the Student Game Jam, celebrating their skills and creativity.
- 17-21 March: Ukie heads to San Francisco for the Game Developers Conference (GDC), bringing the UK industry to a global stage.
April and May: Pushing the Industry Forward
- 2 April: The London Games Festival will bring the sector together to explore creativity, investment, and innovation.
- 13-15 May: Ukie will be heading to Texas for the Global Video Games Summit which will host leaders from around the world to discuss the sector’s future opportunities and challenges.

- Spring: Ukie will be anticipating the release the Industrial Strategy Green Paper, outlining a long-term vision to support growth and innovation in the industry.
- 8-10 July: Festival of Food returns to Develop: Brighton which will bring together the best minds in video games development for three days of networking, learning, and collaboration.
- 20-25 August: Ukie will once again be heading to Gamescom, Europe’s largest video games event, showcasing British creativity to the world.
Autumn: Advocacy and Engagement
- September/October: During the Party Conference Season, Ukie will engage with policymakers to ensure the sector’s voice is heard and advocate for issues that matter to the industry.
Winter: Wrapping Up the Year
- November: Virtual Trade Missions will provide businesses with opportunities to connect and expand internationally, all from the comfort of their offices.
